Atlanta area shop recommendations
Hi all,
Looking for recommendations for rod bearing replacement in Atlanta, preferably in the northeast. I had a guy tell me he heard the F10 M5 S63 has a bad history of seizing up due to the oil pan being removed. Thanks in advance! |

I purchased my m5 about a year ago and had a pre purchase inspection by German car repair in Alpharetta because I was interested in the noelle tune. The shop had a really professional vibe you would expect from a shop that preforms service on higher end vehicles. I would have continued to take my m5 here if it was closer to my home.
I also took my vehicle to SoloMotorsports in Norcross to get a few dyno runs. Shop gave off a fast and furious vibe. But I think that is to be expected from a performance shop. I tried to get them to preform some maintenance work but they would never reply to emails or online chats. In general a little tricky to get ahold of when I was trying to reach them. Currently I have eurofed in Marietta do most of my maintenance work and have had a great experience. I know they have a lot of shops around the Atlanta area so experience may vary from shop to shop. |
