BMW Incentives for the M5

FYI - I was able to take advantage of both the BMW $750 customer loyalty rebate and the BMW 3/5/7 Connected Drive App $500 rebate - a total of $1250. Everyone should be able to get the Connected Drive discount, you'll need to qualify for the loyalty discount. Every little bit helps - best of luck with your purchases and deliveries.

My voucher says expiration of July 31, 2012. The website rules says the promotion runs until Sept 30, 2012. Obviously no problem for you to redeem the voucher.

No problem for me - and it can be used in conjunction with the other offer as well. You should post the website URL for everyone to read the details.

Here's my reply to an inquiry about it:
"It's actually called the BMW Ultimate Drive promotion. There is a smartphone app you can download - I have it on my iPhone. Search BMW or BMW Ultimate. If you install it, there is a brief survey and you are supposed to sched a test drive. But if you know the info about your CA and dealer it works. It'll give you a voucher code at the end. It's worth an addition $300, $500 or $700 depending on the model you purchase. On the M5 it is worth $500."

http://www.ultimatedriveapp.com/

Looks like it's relevant for current finance customers only:
"Existing customers of BMW Financial Services (U.S. customers only) who use the Ultimate Drive app can get a voucher worth up to $700 off the first payment. Existing customer means a person with retail installment contract or lease account with BMW Financial Services that is open and in good standing during the offer period."

You are correct. I have another BMW that was financed by the dealer (CPO) but not through BMW FS and I am NOT eligible for that, unfortunately (even though I did the financing through a BMW dealer).

If I am not financing and have never financed before, can I get one of these rebates on an ED car?

Does BMW FS offer financing if I am titling the car with my company not with my own name?

I qualified for the $1000 incentive for new graduates. I like to think of it as coming close to erasing the GG tax. Whatever helps me sleep at night.

I don't think you're eligible - since you need to be a BMW FS customer in the last 12 months.

If you did qualify, I don't think it matters if it was in your company or in your name. Assuming you own the company.

Sorry - I did not realize that both of these rebates were only for current BMW FS customer. Although this is a limitation, hopefully there are still some people here that might be able to take advantage of the offer.

To me $750 is not worth of potential damage of my credit scores.

If anything, it will improve your score because you paid it off.. 750 may not be worth the hassle.. I did this on another car when they were offering 2500..

I finished a masters back in june as well, so thought i'd go for it. did you combine it with any of the other offers? I have the app, and the loyalty bonus.

I'm doing my ED on 10/5, so I haven't gone in to do the paperwork yet. I'm preparing for some sort of monkey business-.... forgot what we agreed to, you're not allowed to use that on this car, etc...

Actually, I kind of look forward to that stuff.

You are committed to holding the loan for at least 6 months before you can pay it off....read the fine print.

In for the customer loyalty rebate but my CA says the connected drive discount ended July 31, anyone know any more? I am to sign the deal tomorrow around noon EST. Any and all discount info, rebate assistance, will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with the Connected Drive discount. However, I'm getting the Ultimate Drive App discount worth $500. This promotion was supposed to end on July 31st, but was moved to September 30th.

What dealership are you using?

Thanks mgallen, using Global Imports which is now part of Sonic Automotive. I have known my salesman Pete for twenty years and he usually shoots me straight. WIll bring this up to him. $500 is a whole lotta pasta on our sojourn through Northern Italy

Still working on it. Got a stay from the Governor until tomorrow. I threw them a curveball which they accepted to help me through my time without a car. I got to go in tomorrow however and get it all done.

Have a safe flight and send us all some pics of the big event.
