You couldn't use an old Nokia or Motorola cell phone in today's world... in fact, I doubt you could use any phone older than 10 years old... its not really a viable comparo. Those phones didn't even have access to the internet nor run on today's LTE networks.

Nothing would prevent you from using a 20 year old car in any way different than one built today... in fact, outside of maybe the addition of carplay... there likely would be 0 difference in usability at all.... how is a 2004 toyota highlander different from today's in terms of usability? almost 0 lol
