Love the build... mine almost identical (I opted out of the B&O). Price over invoice and MF seem to be as good as we can get right now. Not sure what the acquistion or doc fees are..
Congrats!

The doc fee is what the dealer here in Utah charges to write up the lease agreement...way to much in my opinion, but they will not budge. I purchased my last 2011 M3 from BMW San Francisco & it was only $49. Acquisition fee is standard $725. I'm paying mine up front so I dont have to pay interest on it. The dealer here wanted to charge me $925...this is what I deal with when there's only one BMW dealer in the whole state.

Great options! Any way you could swing ED, and save a a little more?

I did ED with my last M3 & the 10 weeks it took to get my car was ridiculous and two long. ED is best for East Coast residents in my opinion. It was an amazing experience though. I highly recommend it! I'm doing performance delivery this time. plus my job requires me being there more now.
