Have you guys ever seen anyone do this before? Captured this beauty on my way home from the Long Beach GP today...

hmmm.. I have to say that I don't like the red stripes on the f30..

Looks like it just came from the Tron set.

If it was tape and not paint, it could be from having the car body digitized... either with a series of cameras or laser scanned.

Hey I saw a CLA45AMG in the same way today. The drivers of those definitely want to attract additional attention.

All started from prince of qatar painting his aventador this way

Check google for TRON LIKE AVENTADOR, should be chrome violet with orange stripes

actually it started with this guys first aventador coupe and the qatar guy copied him.

the one on the left were his first one the ones on the rights are copycats

I Believe as for the aventadors, they are doing that just to avoid scratches caused by the cutting process of wrapping,
so basically those are printed with machines in shapes and templates, allowing them to install without the use of any cutting and the risk of any damage to the car's paint (excluding glue and tanning of paints)

Not sure about those red stripes though..

no the aventadors they wanted the edge of the OEM paint showing. not sure why.
but thats the style they were going for.
