What's your average service time? 2.5 hours today.
Took my car in today for a routine service. I'm at about 2 years/17k miles. They did not give me a loaner since they said it wouldn't take that long. I guess in their eyes, 2.5 hours is not long!
And to boot, when my new SA brings my car around, he doesn't even know how to put it in park. I get in and it's still in neutral without the parking brake on. |

I guess I don't get it. 2.5 hours doesn't seem like that long of a time to wait. Especially considering that they probably don't start working on the car the moment you pull it into the service drive.

2.5 hrs at a minimum has been my experience for both the M3 and M5. I use that time as an excuse to check out the dealer inventory and even a test drive.
