This weekend i removed the amber and the carbon filter, also put in a BMC air filter. Can hear the turbos a little more. I am bringing the car into the dealer tomorrow as a CEL came on over the weekend, i swung by the dealer and he said it was a bad o2 sensor that they are going to replace.

This is the 2nd case of someone upgrading their rs5 for an M5. They really are different cars, one is awd the other is rwd; one is a sedan the other is a coupe; all I can say is you won't be looking back.... Btw the side mirrors are pretty useless just hit the gas and execute an Italian lane change....

I was following an M6 vert the other day, didn't seem to have much trouble in taking-off briskly, maybe because of the extra weight of the convertible?

Well if you are fine with Convertible, then you will be fine with Coupe since Coupe is only 250 lb lighter... but wait... did you test drive the car with DSC ON or DSC OFF? or MDM??.. with DSC ON car can't take off the way is supposed to be

I didn't test it, I said I was following it, and the M6 was jumping off the line quite nicely.
