New M5...Driver's Seat Shifting and Clicking
So I just trading in my 2013 M5 for a 2016 M5 Competition Pkg. First off...I love the car...except the driver's seat seems to shift very slightly (1-2mm) and make a clicking sound when doing so under braking, acceleration, and turning. The seat almost feels as if one or two of the bolts are not tightened down all the way on the railing. Almost undetectable but annoying on a $100+k new car.
I'm assuming the dealership can fix this but I hate to think of the service department tearing out my seat and reassembling with 50 miles on the odometer. Maybe I'm cynical but if it's not a routine job I'm always afraid of any safety issues or more rattling that could result. I found a couple of old posts on the 6 series and 3 series forums but anyone else experienced this before on their 5? |

Have not experienced this, but I've been hearing some unusual liquid/bubbling sounds under braking at slow speeds on my 2016 M5. Nothing serious, but nonetheless annoying on 120k car. Just take back to dealer to have fixed.

My new to me '14 with 20k miles does the shifting as well. Planning on taking it to the dealer. I agree it is really annoying.
