Yep, you can do some damage to your back end with 30 PSi as F10 has found out plus your small end could suffer lol.
Time will indeed be telling. Glad their are no 'suffers' here yet. |

If the motor is not tuned or maintained properly it can blow at any PSI - 25 isn't a magic number. That said there could be a physical stress limit related to boost even while properly tuned; we don't know what that is.
I have run fully closed wastegate on many occasions. So it's not a cliff per se. |

But I think we're all maybe you are too... Kinda wondering where the when not if threshold is on these engines. Regardless all the power they're pumping out is insane for as reliable as we're seeing |

It would definitely be helpful for the community. I still think even as stout as the engine seems to be that low end power could be where death happens. Thats how it is for us. You can turn it up to 700,800whp but if you tune the torque up too high or turn the low end power on the car too high and start trying to launch it, its pretty much proven the rods will be on very borrowed time |

I think thats why Terry has done the firmware 1.5 Map with a tapering upwards boost as RPM climbs so it limits the low end torque and the problems where rods and knock can destroy ring lands etc...

I have been running higher than 25 psi. It is very important to watch logs, fuel trims, AFR and timing. Anything over 24psi really should have better fuel tossed at it. Also running 100% meth with CM10 nozzles seems to keep trims in good standing. Guess time will tell.

Why do you say Terry changed something on v1.5? I don't see any difference with the standard maps. You can run a custom map6 with any profile you want.

Why do all of you Run Pure M1. Dont you guys know that shit can cause major fire? Running Pure Alcohol is a no-no.
I run 50/50 boost juice and its safer and wont catch fire. Any leaks or something goes wrong with idk lets say belt snaps damages your meth line. That Pure M1 can cause damage n fire to your engine If you are doing for Octane booster advice to get better gas or run some mix race gas even 15 gl 93 and 6 gallons of 100oct or 109. |
