United States Warranty Corp - Anyone use them?

Heys guy, my CPO is running out and looking for another warranty. Called my local BMW Dealership and they quoted me for another year of BMW warranty at $5,100 (crazy).. she then advised me they have another warranty company through the dealership, United Stated Warranty Corp. She quoted me $2,300 for the platinum package which covers everything minus wear and tear and wheels and tires. 3 years and 45k miles for that $2,300 or 4 years 50k miles for $2900. 0 deductible on both plans. Waiting to hear back from Paragon Auto group, but wanted to know if anyone here had any experience with this warranty company. Thanks In advance guys!

I used them for warranty and wheel and tire on my previous car (MB CLS550). Although I never used the warranty I did have a wheel claim and they paid out strait to the wheel shop no issues. Also when I sold my car there was no issues getting a refund on the warranty. They calculated the time I had it and the payout and refunded me the balance.
