Yes, I run both as the OTS serves as a backend flash (corrects fuel trims and afr, timing, torque demand).

I would guess 640whp with OTS Stage 2 without JB4. The OTS runs 22psi.

640whp sounds good for my car with AMS catless dp and MSR intake

Has anyone tried PTF's OBD2 Flash tune yet? Are you happy with it? I've been following some info on the M3/4 forum, and have seen varying results with the OBD2 flash tune.

I just got my BM3 tune but couldn’t install because OBD flash isn’t ready for our cars yet. I’m not sure how long it’ll be before we can flash using OBD. They told me I can still get my ECU unlock at an authorized dealer, but the point of this OBD flash was so I didn’t have to remove my DME haha. Hopefully they will release this feature soon.

I'm sorry to hear that, and hopefully that issue is resolved soon. I've been holding to see what PTF's OBD2 feature had in store, but may jump off the hype train soon.

BM3 is really good. I have their tune on my M4 and it ran very strong with no issues. Smooth power delivery all across the board. I’ve installed BM3 using the new OBD method on a few of my customers cars and have heard nothing but positive reviews. I’m sure they’ll release this feature soon for our cars.

OBD Unlock for V8 is in testing in-house before they can release a closed-beta for customers. They're wrapping up the N55 EWG and PWG this week and N20 will be next before the V8's (N63TU/S63TU) as dual dme requires more work

I would guess 640whp with OTS Stage 2 without JB4. The OTS runs 22psi.
Hey Carlos,

if the OTS Stage 2 runs 22 psi, do you (or anyone) have an idea as to how many psi of boost does it do by rpm/gear? IE:

18 psi @ 2800rpm?
19 psi @ 3000
20 psi @ 3300
21 psi @ 3600
22 psi @ 3900-4000

WOuld love to see a log and see how much the OTS stage 2 on BM3 requests (boosts) through the RPM range.

you want to see it without JB4? I can log via map 4 or did you want to see it stacked with JB4 at map 2 (22 psi)?

Would love to see ots stage 2 only. Third gear pull from 3000-7000 rpm.

See actual boost and requested boost.

That would be awesome! Thanks

Reach out to them via that FB Group before you do, since i haven't seen any release on S63Tu being fully supported as dual dme's are in closed-beta last i heard.

i have successfully flashed my M5 via OBD and wow! the power improvements from my dinan piggy back is very noticeable. Kind of wish i had dyno before and after. My butt dyno says Bootmod3 is faster haha.
