70mm inlet with Allen screws retaining. double walled and rolled black chrome. unknown maker, I bought them from another forum member a couple months ago. they fit great and look tons bigger than the stock tips. tons of adjustment too. fit to your liking.

Yes they fit the comp exhaust and no, no change in sound. they are just tips.
