Seeking schematic/underbody paneling body part #?

I'm noticing after I brought my car into the dealer to get a leaking rear differential fixed, that there are some nuts and bolts that don't appear to have been put back. I know this because I spent plenty of time under the car before I made the choice to bring it into the shop. And then post-repair I got back underneath to check the work and notice a few screws missing.

I'm trying to figure out the specific underbody paneling where i'm noticing the screws missing. The closest I can find is this diagram:

In the picture, it's part #3 that looks to be missing some screws. The specific spot where the screws look to be missing is #11 (both spots)

This schematic is for a 09' 530i. Wondering if anyone has a similar schematic for the f10 M5? or if they know what part #3 is?

I think this is what you're looking for, right?

Looks like a "covering tank" - part number 51758038101 or 51758038102 depending whether it's left or right.

A follow up question that i'm trying to solve:

-I'm trying to figure out what screw is required? Here is a pic of the part from Turnermotorsports. You'll see halfway, there is a piece of plastic that tapers upwards into a corner, and right before it ends is a screw hole. What screw is that? following the schematics here it looks like it could be screw #7 or #12?
