Seems like the 'stews just let it happen, they must have suspected it. So it needed massive amounts of documents constantly from RB to get things going to get a testing system in place eventually at this late stage.

An abrasive surface is usually chewing through the front tyres and generates enormous heat . They should be grateful , the race is in the evening and out of the Saudi Arabian desert sun .
