anti collision radar

Dear all
my name is pedjvak and I'm from Iran
I have a some question about anti collision radar in my 5 series - 2016
last night when I was driving I noticed an orange light with an alarm sound with one picture of deer in my head up display
1- any one can tell me about this orange light and where is the source of this light ?
2- This laser light is displayed outside the car or only inside the cabin?
3- if you have more information about that I glade to hear that
