Anyone replace your jack points?

Whomever worked on the car before me ruined the jack points by not using a proper jackpad. They're all broken up, those on the driver's side I had to lay down with a screwdriver and pry the bent sides back out of the insert section. I see them on Amazon, but my luck with them has been crappy as of late. Recommendations, please!

Cheap enough to buy from BMW, about $12 or so (a guess based on UK prices). Simply clip in place to underside of car. Not uncommon for them to be chewed up by careless jacking. Part no is 51717237195.
