We changed the filter and it has the same problem. What do you recommend?

I suspect now it may be a Valvetronic spring that has popped out one of the intermediate levers that befell post #3's M5 engine after a rebuild but if I were you I'd seek a more technical expert first than those giving advice on here as you've changed a few parts already without a result.

From what I read in that thread you put on I would then go for a smoke test to see if there's a leak in an air pipe somewhere, somewhere where you can't check properly.
