Updated Pricing, leasing and affordability calculator + poll
I have revised my pricing estimator to include the option for leasing as well. The leasing calculator is flexible to let you reduce cap costs, include other fees into monthly etc. The affordability calculator compares buy vs lease (to get you lowest monthly payment) and reverses the math to see what you can actually afford based on your income, financial situation and savings goals. Its very subjective and you should feel free to enter your goals - there is no right or wrong answer for it.
The reason for including the affordability calculator is that various people have raised it time and again. But honestly, if you have to ask the question, you probably know its not for you... However, there is always a die hard enthusiast who will dream regardless.
