Car held up in Quality check? Problems with car after delivery?

Just curious how many cars were held up in QC and if so are they more prone to problems? List how many days your car was held up in QC and if you have had problem with the car.

Are you referring to VPC? If so I am curious as well. I had some body damage during my ED trip and I am curious what the delays will look like/ what the process is.

Was wondering more about being held up in QC after the car finished production at the factory.
But open to VPC or the factory QC.

Not mine.

During the ED factory tour they mentioned that most parts are sourced just in time, but if some are not available, the car is pulled off the line until delayed part arrives. That could be your case. Did you order anything funky (full leather in ostrich purple)?

Or it could be that the worked goofed something up, and now the damage needs to repaired manually in QC workshop.
