21" or 22" aftermarket wheels?
I am looking to upgrade my 20" wheels with something nicer, but I have a dilemma of living in the NYC/CT area where the roads are atrocious. Additionally, I am somewhat partial to the MPSS tires that are only available in the 21" size.
However, I do like the look of the 22's as they fit with the fender gap. Also have the ACS springs on the way, so I'm only interested in a moderate drop. This is my daily ride, so I'd prefer to have a "set it and forget it" attitude towards it. What do you guys think? Currently looking at the Velos Solo V, S3 and D7. Or the HRE P101, P103 or P104 Carbon black truck with all of the trim removed. Thinking about a dark tinted wheel to keep is subdued Some pics of the sizes I'm considering for reference: 21's 22's |

I don't think u can go wrong either way but I'm going 22s with my current acs Springs. For our seasons I liked the tire options more since my wife drives the x5 more than me. My only concern is with the mild acs drop that it will look like too much gap with the 22s. I'd hate a reason to justify kw coils....

I ordered 21's in Solo S5's double dart tint. I have carbon black. I wanted the pilot sports and not the pirelli tires

I have a set of 22" solo Vs with brand new rubber on the rears, fresh out of powder coat, and already balanced with tpms. I'm thinking about selling them. Have the coilovers too.
