Traction F10 M5, at which speed?
At which road speed does a F10 M5 start to have good traction?
Stock F10 M5, on good tires, on highway, full throttle. Do you have decent traction from 40 mph on? |

Assuming the best possible road surface, you also have to assume some skill from the driver in his application of full throttle as well the gear he's in. In my experience both 1st and 2nd gear give heavy wheel spin with a quick full throttle move, regardless of speed. That means possibly as fast as mid 60 mph speeds. If you're in 3rd gear, yes you can have decent traction from 40 mph with a stock F10 M5. But you might still encounter wheel spin as the rpm rises.

You also have to account tire temperature. Most high performance tires need to be warmed up to have traction. Assuming a decent road surface and good, warm tires, you should have plenty of traction at 40mph.
