Lean, Bank 2 Only

118110 (Mixture ECU 2, across the databases: mixture
too lean) code with associated multiple misfire and injector shutdown codes for cylinders 1,2 & 4 (not 3).

Originally had MAF code on B1 and pending MAF code on B2.

Both MAF have been replaced with OEM and test good.

All 4 O2 sensors read good.

LTFT Δ ~ -3.7-7% from B1>B2
STFT Δ seem intermittently variable, seeming to even out at idle and after warm up, with a slight, intermittent stumble at startup.
Definitely not running on only 5 cylinders, even though codes would suggest so.

My ISTA machine is down until next week, getting data through Carly at the moment.

Looking to see if anyone has experienced this particular condition.

Strange note: Took it in for state inspections (OBD port connection, emissions) fully expecting a failure (CEL showing, even though code registers as "pending") and somehow it passed.

Inspector said it was the first time in 16yrs he's ever seen that happen.

Thanks in advance for any input.
