Airbag on after using Carly

Hello everybody. So I was changing some settings on my f10 M5 using Carly, but when I modified the seatbelts settings, the airbag and seatbelt lights came one, I tried to go back to old backup version, couldn't find it. Can anybody help with that?. I tried turning the lights off using a scan tool but no success.

Not model related but after removing our CLK loose passenger seat to re install a bolt and nut that has dropped onto the carpet I found an independent close to me who cancelled the sms warning for free, took about 5 minutes.
Nutcase Merc wanted £202 to cancel it and have the car all day!! to check all the other systems.'Standard procedure' they said before I left.
OBD11 won't do it.
