Questions on coding

I had a few questions about coding I am hoping someone can answer. Some questions are specific to which dealer I bring my car to.

1) Is it possible to code the car where I do not have to push the start/stop button twice to turn the car off? This one really bugs me!!!!
2) Can the car be coded to start in efficiency/comfort/comfort?
3) I read here that some dealers have refused warranty service on some coded cars. Has anyone taken a coded car to BMW of Fort Lauderdale with zero problems?
4) Can the coding mess with anything crucial to its drivability?

Lastly, I am looking to have the following codes performed. Wondering if they are all possible and who is the best coder here in SE Florida?

1) Roll drivers seat back fully when engine is killed/ back to saved position at start.
2) Brighter halo eyes.
3) Mirror fold at lock.
4) Enhanced BT.
5) Warning on infotainment at start up disabled.
6) DVD in motion.
Any other codes you guys recommend?

Lol. You dont have to push it twice. Push it once. Then just exit and lock. It will turn off.
