DO NOT mess with another man's vehicle

-Vincent Vega, Pulp Fiction circa 1994.

When will people learn to apply this principle?

Saw this today in Brooklyn, NY. F'n sad.

^^^^ Sad.

Saw something like it when I was a kid and we were looking for my Uncle's house in Queens. Drove past a nice car, went around the block (still looking for his house), and when we passed the car again a few minutes later, it had been stripped clean. Frickin' amazing how little time it took.....

Why would you park a 750 on the street in Brooklyn of all places?

Did you tell your uncle he needs to move and quick?

I bet you were watching your car constantly.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was stolen, parked, then the wheels taken and who knows what else.

"Dropped Finally"

Seriously though, that really blows. It reminds me a couple of years ago when I was walking my dog early in the morning and came across this lady in robes with puffy eyes talking to couple of LAPD officers. The subject of the discussion : Her brand new MBZ missing 4 wheels and sitting on cinder blocks. It is quite common to see expensive cars parked on the residential streets of LA where there are not enough (or convenient) parking spaces for rental apartments. Unfortunately, it was her turn to become a victim.

We had no idea where we were. We definitely had all the windows rolled up and the doors locked. My Uncle's house was still a few miles away, in a better area.
