Before I am hit with the , I do not trust myself to follow that guide and not make an error. Is there a service anyone is providing to do this remotely? Can someone DM me requirements or cost if any.

It's honestly really easy to do if you have the software. There's a guide out there that you need to follow and it's like boom you done.

Have a look at the video below, it shows a box-like light spread cutoff, when the high-beams are on, so it doesn't glare the upcoming driver.
