2021 Genesis G80 better than M5?
Not sure if you guys put much stock in Throttle House reviews but they claim the g80 feels like older BMWs (E39) and is "more fun to drive than an M5 competition" (8:50).
Might have to test drive this at some point. |

I've driven it. It's incredibly nice, but this is coming from a guy who's owned every itieration of Genesis sedan thus far. It's good. The last m5 I drove was a screaming V10 behemoth. It's no M5 from my vantage point......

I drove the new M5 Competition and it is completely disconnected driving experience, opposite of E39 5series.
Throttle House reviews are pretty good and usually support my findings when I experience these cars. I’m sure they mean the feel/engagement of G80 not the actual performance is better than M5.

i dont put any stock in these guys or 'the straight pipes' channel. both are so cringe.
prefer chris harris or matt farrahs reviews.
