If you are referring to the roof rack rails, yes, they come off.

I'll assume Surname is being ironic. The fin is an antenna, just like the one on my '04 Audi S4 Avant. A few weeks ago in London I saw a 123D without the fin, but it looks as if our cars will all have it.

That would make a cool aftermarket shifter knob, complete with weapons and avionic controls. Maybe there will be a DIY to retrofit a complete sidewinder package. :biggrin:

Actually, it is remotely steerable - an unadvertised option in i-drive, down in the 5th-layer menu, after dealer activation.
