Stay away from Bosch coils?

I recently had a misfire and decided to do all coils and plugs because it had been a while.
I went with Bosch coils and that was a mistake. The wire clips kept popping open giving me giving me various misfires. I finally swapped the clips with my old ngk coils and they stay snapped shut.
Not sure if it was a bad run or the Bosch clips are just not as good.

What year is your M5? Later models don't take Bosch, they use Delphi, which have a slightly different plug. I've never found Delphi available, other than from the main dealer, and they cost a small fortune. The Dinan coil packs fit and work well and are relatively cheap.

It's a '14.
99.9% certain these are the correct coil. Was able to swap clips from the ngk I used last time
