Turbo coolant pump replacement

Forgive me I am new to the forum, however could really do with some sound advice.

I have a failed turbo cooler pump control failure or blockage, it ticks after the engine has been turned off a the drivetrain error keeps appearing.

Just trying to work out how best to get to it, I am thinking either the charge cooler needs to be removed, or the slam panel and fan unit, and maybe the under tray.

Can anyone offer the easiest way to approach the job.

Thanks
