The General Trend:

• Stock F10 M5s (560 hp): These cars typically achieve times around 7.8 seconds.
  
• Lightly tuned models (~700 hp): Stage 1 tuning setups reduce times to an average of 6.3-6.7 seconds, depending on fuel and conditions.
  
• Heavily tuned models (~750-800 hp): Stage 2 or 3 setups with upgraded intercoolers, downpipes, and turbos usually fall within 5.7-6.0 seconds.
  
• Extreme builds (900+ hp): With upgraded turbos, methanol injection, and race fuel, times drop to 4.5-5.5 seconds.

My F10 M5 as an Example:
My F10 M5 with 785 hp achieved a time of 5.94 seconds, which fits almost perfectly within the expected range for this power level.

I would agree with the above. My car stage 2 (750hp,900Nm) did 100-200 in 6.3 secs. It now has a built engine, meth injection and SSP clutch and makes 850hp, and over 1000Nm and my tuner suggests it should do 5.5 sec now, although I haven't actually tested yet due to winter road conditions.
