Floating center caps stuck

Recently got a set of floating caps from BMW (they installed it as well), but I have now noticed that one of them stopped floating. then I rotate them manually it feels almost like there's sand inside them, very coarse and grindy. Any way of maybe fixing them without removing the wheel from the car? Tried prying them slightly and praying WD-40 but no luck

Take the car back to dealer and they should replace under warranty.

Did that, and seems on the way there with some highway driving it fixed itself. Not sure if the lubricant helped or just driving fast cleared something up but seem fine now, and BMW also checked them to be safe, no issues found
