M5 Prototype Spotting
I was recently on a little road-trip with some friends in Big Bear, California. As we were setting up our fishing gear on the lake, I turned around to see this beast cruise by. Naturally, a friend and I hopped in his car and gave chase all the way around the lake until the driver pulled into the parking lot of a Carl's Jr.
We asked the driver a few harmless questions to which he merely shook his head and looked at the ground. Not sure if that's part of the job-description, but it was pretty rude. Anyways, I got a quick video and a few pictures of the F10 M5. The car was equipped with a DCT. I'm assuming this was altitude testing for the car. Last edited by marasani; 07-18-2011 at 02:50 PM.. Saw that same exact one in the bay area. Must be doing some long distance testing! Couldn't keep up enough to get a pic

It has an Umweltplakette on the windsheild so it has been on the road in Germany already.
