I like the finish you have on those grills, quite unique I might add. Why is the intercooler extruding that much from the bumper?

Its a custom intercooler. Due to the size 26 x 6 x 7 it has to sit more forward. The radiator, and ac condenser sit right behind it.

That intercooler sits way too forward. It honestly looks way out of place, but whatever floats your boat.

So much negativity. I think it looks good. I guess no one else likes it.

Thats why im having a full performance shop install everything. If he messes up his body mechanic has to fix it. He has multiple cars dynoed over 800 HP so he knows what to do.

The intercooler looks like a pacifier on a baby IMHO but I'm sure you'll be getting as much cooling power as an aftermarket ETS if not more due to the amount of fins. If you could run a few tests on the intercooler itself, I'm sure more than several members could benefit from the data provided the data is precise without many varying factors.

After the car is all finished this week going to put it on the dyno and log the runs on the JB4. I dont think I need to put stock intake temp numbers since everyone knows how bad it heats up.

Intercooler isnt much bigger than the agency Power intercooler. So Stock turbo will be fine with it. End to end is only 26", 2.5 inlet/outlet piping

I'm not hating, I'm just saying I wouldn't do that to my car. Its your car and you do what you like.
