Driver side headlight WTF

Sorry wasn't sure where to post this but I'm having an issue with my drivers side HID. It flickered on and off so I took it in for repair and was told that there was a loose wire and they fixed it.. 2 weeks later it did the same thing so again I took it in and they said the flickering before caused the bulb to burn out so they replaced the bulb.. It's been about 3 weeks now and tonight same thing.. Any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else.. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe you could swap the drivers and passengers bulb and see if the problem follows, maybe use a volt meter to see if your getting the same power and resistance on both driver and passenger side headlight plugs at each pins. That's a start.
