Broken Hose
I have two questions.
First. What is this hose?  Second. This hose has a tear near the top. Will this in any way affect acceleration? When I hit WOT for short bursts, I can hear like a "swishing" and then BOV blowing off. The car is not accelerating like it should. I'm not throwing any codes or going into limp mode. I am just wondering if that can be the culprit.

It had some slack left so I just cut it and plugged it back in. lol.
