Installing Vishnu pwm n55

I'm installing my pwm kit from Vishnu and had a question.
I followed the directions to the T but I'm stuck on this point. It tells me to install the blue and black wires into the connector on the proceed harness, so I did that. Now what do I do with the other end or the 2 wires?
The have a very similar contact on the other side. One wire has a male contact and the other has a female contact. What do I do with the other side.
And then there is 2 more wires comming from the pump harness....
But the directions on line don't say anything about them.....
Help?

Best bet is to call Vishnu. I had similar questions and they were able to answer them quickly.

I'd offer suggestions but the n55 wiring is way different than the n54.
