Both make good power, one has more features than the other. Not everyone needs the extra features.
I've ran an AP2 for a while and the car runs great, makes the same power at a local dyno that a procede V5 does with the same mods...

1% of people use AP while 99% of people use JB4/Procede/Cobb.

Why go with something that doesnt have the user base or the testing of JB4/Procede/Cobb.
