Cool guy in a 13 5.0 mustang decides he wants to test the M5. Not even close. Numerous killings. We pulled over to a parking lot to chat afterwards. He said he couldn't believe how fast the 4 door M5 is. Said he always beats challengers. Sorry.

This is a regular GT, I wonder how it would fair against the GT500 ( 600+ HP )

660 hp. On the gt 500. I believe. The GT 500 should win a straight line contest. More power and less weight. Unless he misses a shift or takes of in wrong gear. Once we boost up we are gone and you can deal with you issues in the rear.

I drove his car and I was impressed as his sounds bad azz and is very fast. He said he drove it right but the m5 is just as or more powerful in a different way. I would buy one as I like mustangs.

The GT500 with the right driver would be very close, theres even a possibility the GT500 might edge out a win (they do 0-60 as low as 3.6). However the GT500 is very hard to drive and most owners simply wouldnt be able to shift fast enough.

A very good prediction which I would put at about 50 per cent chance if you give the Mustang driver 3 races back-to-back.

don't race a 13 gt 500. i believe there is a vid on youtube. it straight took off. u know how they say cars walk on another. the 13 gt500 ran on the m5, i had to turn the vid off.

SMH, you do know that the m5 driver didn't even have the M Button activated? This was when the m5 first came out, so chances are this m5 is even broken in, is very little. Your gonna see the m5 lose tons of races on youtube simply because people do not know how to drive these cars correctly. Traction in these muscle cars are even worse in the m5, listen to that mans tires screeching in every gear! HAHAHAH
