Lol, got my hopes up! How does one break an ECU? Is it physical damage or was it corrupted?

I think more people need to read my theory on how we move past this M5 ECU issue.
I can't believe how long it's been. The encryption on those ECU's must be one SOB.

I heard smewhere that BMW uses "reverse" turbo wheel and outlet? THis means that no other stock aftermarket turbo will work on the M5/M6? I also heard size is GT28 and someone in here in south africa replaced the units with GT30?
Is this true about the reverse wheel design? If so, will someone be making turbos for M5/M6 or can this problem be bridged? Hope you reach the 1000hp level soon cant wait! I know 3 guys in South Africa who will order the conversion if it works! Also local agent NXGEN said once you sort it they will sell your AMS BMW products here for M5/m6? |
